I know you heard it all before but I have got to STOP! Messing about with all this, BUT having said all that, if I hadn't been following Weight Watchers all this time then I would be REALLY HEAVY by now, FOR SURE! So if anything, I have succeeded in maintaining my weight....up to NOW! But one thing for CERTAIN, I ain't gonna get any heavier, just lighter.
