The Wendie Plan is a plan that helps kickstart your weight loss if your weight on the scales isn't going in the right direction, or if maybe you want to save points for an evening out. It spreads your points out differently throughout the week.

Unfortunately there is only the old WWer Wendie plan but it is basically the same; WWer points spread out throughout the week.
*UPDATE INFO* The way it would work is that you use all your standard Daily PPoints as usual but distribute the Weeklies.
