I lost 2.5lb this week.....WooooHoooo
I am sticking to plan this week because I want to get to my 5lb loss by 16 May and I only have 3 more lb to lose to reach that first goal...I CAN DO THIS!! I am not going to use any of my 49pp weekly allowance.
Breakfast:

Tiny splash of skimmed milk and water
1tsp vanilla extract
1 banana, sliced
